Every love story
is beautiful
but
ours is my
favorite.
Our story began December 2022 with a little help from two friends.
In the middle of the holiday rush at work, Anj’s work bestie, Aeriel, convinced her to come out for drinks with friends, where she and her husband, Aaron, introduced Anj to Aaron’s childhood best friend, Paolo, who was visiting from the US. One evening quickly became three consecutive sweet days together before he had to fly home. What could have been a fleeting Holiday romance became an LDR with opposite timezones. Just three months later, Paolo returned to the Philippines and got down on one knee – the beginning of their forever.

frequently asked
questions
Is it necessary to Rsvp for the wedding?
Is there a dresscode?
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Is there parking space available?
What time do I have to be at the church?
Can I bring my kid/s?
Can I bring a ”plus one”?
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony and allow our wonderful photographers and videographers to capture the moment. Once the ceremony is over, please take as many photos as you’d like—we’d love to see the celebration through your eyes, too!
Yes, please! Your RSVP helps us finalize seating, meals, and all the little details that will make our celebration special. Kindly RSVP by the date indicated on your invitation—even if you are unable to attend, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
Yes. We would love for our guests to dress in Formal Attire. Please refer to our Dress Code (insert link) section for the color palette and attire inspiration.
We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited seating, plus-ones are reserved for guests whose invitations specifically include one. Please refer to the name(s) listed on your invitation or RSVP—we truly appreciate your understanding!
As much as we adore your little ones, our celebration will be limited to children specifically named on the invitation. Think of it like a date night—a chance to dress up, relax, enjoy good food and drinks, and celebrate the evening with us!
Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. We would love for everyone to be comfortably seated before the processional begins.
Yes, there’s ample parking available at the ceremony and reception venues. We recommend arriving a little early to allow enough time to park and make your way to the venue.
Where can I stay in Iloilo?
We recommend hotels conveniently located in Iloilo Business Park. Please visit our Accommodations section for hotel options.
A little bit of both! Cocktails and snacks will be served outdoors, where you can mingle and enjoy the surroundings, while dinner and the rest of the reception will be held indoors.

flights
If you’re traveling from the United States, your journey will likely begin at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Metro Manila, Philippines.
We recommend spending a day or two in Metro Manila to rest, adjust to the time difference, and explore the big city before continuing to Iloilo. Makati and Bonifacio Global City (BGC) are great areas to stay, with plenty of activities, shopping and restaurants to check out.
Anj & Pao would love to meet up with you while you’re in Manila!
From Manila, it’s just a quick one-hour flight (MNL–ILO) to Iloilo City, where our wedding celebration awaits.
Since you’ve traveled all this way, we hope you’ll make the most of our wedding week—explore, eat lots of good food, and experience the warmth of local hospitality. We can’t wait to welcome you and celebrate with you! 🤍
